When you purchase your new Ford, you receive two years New Vehicle Warranty and RAC membership as standard. Ford Protect enables you to extend this cover and offers the additional feature of scheduled servicing.
Ford Protect is the best way to look after your Ford from the day you take delivery. Ford trained technicians using quality Ford parts, together with scheduled servicing, ensure your vehicle remains safe and reliable. Extended warranty and RAC membership provide the added protection against unforeseen eventualities. You choose the plan to suit your needs and feel confident that you will enjoy worry- free motoring.

| Silver Plan Features : Scheduled Servicing |
This plan covers the cost of scheduled servicing recommended by Ford, including associated parts and labour, for the number of services applicable to your plan. It's an effective way to ensure inflation proof servicing. And, of course, a full Ford Service History may enhance your vehicle's resale value.
Silver plans should be purchased before the first standard service is due (as detailed in the Ford Warranty and Service Guide and Ford Service History Log.) |

| Gold Plan Features : Extended Warranty |
| New Ford vehicles come with two years manufacturer's warranty. It is a reassuring safeguard that you can extend this warranty for a further one or two years. In the event of a fault due to a material or manufacturing defect, both the labour and parts costs associated with repair or replacement will be covered by the extended warranty. There are some exclusions, but these are straightforward and sensible. And if the repair takes longer than 24 hours, you will be entitled to a hire vehicle free of charge (subject to availability and status, excluding fuel and insurance costs) for up to eight days. |

| Gold Plan Features : Extended RAC Membership |
Your new Ford comes with RAC Membership for 2 years. With Ford Protect Gold Plans, you can extend this valuable benefit for one or two further years. So in an emergency; if you breakdown, run out of fuel or inadvertently lock yourself out, the RAC provides the appropriate 'Roadside', 'Recovery' or 'At Home' service.
You will have a special Linkline number that will connect you to your Ford Personal Incident Manager at the RAC. He or she will ensure everything is dealt with quickly and arrange for other assistance as appropriate, such as a replacement vehicle for 24 hours, overnight accommodation or onward travel to your next destination. You will also be entitled to privileged discounts on subscriptions for family members, preferred rates on European cover plus a host of other services offered by the RAC.
You can purchase a Gold Plan at any time up to two years from the date of vehicle's first registration. |

| Platinum Plan Features : |
This is the most comprehensive plan of all, combining the benefits of Silver & Gold.
As Platinum Plans include servicing, they should be purchased before the first standard before the first service is due.
Simply select the Ford Protect Plan that is most appropriate to your needs. All plans start from the New Vehicle Warranty Commencement date (usually the date of the first registration). If you require servicing cover only, opt for the Silver Plan. By choosing a Gold Plan, you can extend the warranty and RAC membership provided as standard in the first two years. Alternatively, you can benefit from the scheduled servicing, extended warranty and extended RAC membership by selecting the Platinum Plan. The number of services in a silver or platinum plan is determined by the length of cover required and your annual estimated mileage. |

Ford Protect is designed to enhance your Ford motoring experience. Ford Protect is back by Henry Ford & Son Limited. No third party insurers are involved.
There is no limit to the number of claims you can make. A summary of the key terms & conditions is as follows:
- The vehicle must be serviced by an authorised Ford Dealer,according to the schedules in your Ford Warranty & Service Guide. In addition, your Ford Service History Log must be stamped and kept up to date.
- Component failures due to accident damage, misuse or neglect are not covered.
- Ford Protect is invalidated if the vehicle is modified or used for rallying or racing, private hire, taxi services or short-term rental ( vehicles leased for 6 months or more are still eligible).
